With the premiere of Sex and the City 2 only a few weeks away, half of the fabulous foursome stepped out for the White House Correspondents’ Dinner Saturday night. Cynthia Nixon wore a gray Calvin Klein gown, and Kristin Davis went for high glamour in a floor-sweeping cream-colored vintage Balmain dress, which she paired with a gold Judith Leiber clutch.
